New Taipei district close with two open suspense lines
A municipal finance unit approached us eight days before consolidation. Two suspense accounts had grown every quarter, and head office had already rejected the prior pack. We sampled postings back three months, traced a duplicated inter-branch transfer, and sat with the clerk who owned the clearing routine.
The validation memo listed one residual item still awaiting a vendor credit note. Head office accepted the pack with that single disclosure instead of sending the entire binder back.
